  • Shipping & Delivery

    Standard Delivery
    Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Transit time and delivery may vary to each state. Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Orders are shipped from NY.

    All orders are shipped from our NY location. (Consider destination location when calculating expected delivery time)

    Express Shipping
    For expedited delivery, we ship the same day and upgrade the order to UPS 3 Days Select. Orders shipped via UPS 3 days select are guaranteed to be delivered within 3 business days from the day the order was shipped.

    Customer will receive a ship-confirmation email upon shipment of the order with tracking number.

    • We are currently unable to ship to destinations outside United States and Canada, except in the event the customer arranges a pickup.
    • Since UPS does not deliver to a PO Box, we cannot ship orders to a PO Box.


  • Return Policy
  • Return Policy:
    Damaged items: Customers may request an exchange or refund for items found to be damaged or defective within 14 days of order receipt. Full refunds will be issued.

    Undamaged items: ChestnutGifts may grant return authorization on undamaged merchandise within 7 days of order receipt. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

    Return Procedure for undamaged items:

    • Please contact customer service via email (customerservice@chestnutgifts.com) or call 877.324.6536 / 718.484.8496 to request a return authorization and the return address.
    • The item must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original manufacturer’s box. Any unqualified items will not be accepted.
    • The tracking number should be emailed to us once the package is in transit.  

    Order Cancellation
    Cancellation of an order can be requested only the same day, but if the order processing has already started, the order will not be cancelled.

    We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, Dinner's Club. We also accept PayPal and checks by phone.
